The Fae of Fe were the first aspects of Faery life to awaken during the first age. Eventually, they evolved into various forms of faerie kind which, in turn, developed into an assortment of winged creatures, both insect and bird and also human, especiallly those who love to fly.

There is a nervous aspect to their disposition and it is hard for them to keep still. Some express this by chattering constantly in the manner of birds. And not a few can be seen flitting from place to place and person to person. They are generally filled with optimistic enthusiasm. However the dark aspect of this is a brooding depression. As a race, they have an inherent weakness that makes some of them prone to manic depressive episodes.

On the whole these are a very delicate and creative folk. They are nurturing by nature. While they will fight fiercely to protect their own, there is nothing in them that inclines them toward the warrior life, which they look down upon as being somewhat crass and ignorant. They have been dedicated artists from their beginnings.
