The deer are a particularly elven species although we must admit their tendency to have bull males butt heads to find out who will be the stud of the harem is totally mannish. Still, we love the deer. The Deer Faeries especially love them having been deer thems'elves in previous lifetimes before having evolved into faery human form. Not to mention having given up butting heads constantly or dithering about waiting for the big strong male to protect them.

They tend still to be very group oriented and often hang out in small cliques. Although, these are almost never the clique of the "in" group but rather a gathering of the "weird", strange and often "nerdy". These folk are very quiet and sensitive usually but this is most often a cover for deep intelligence, inventiveness and sometimes power. Think "Willow" in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

What these beings will evolve into as the 6th and 7th root races develop is unknown. We are all progressing toward the development of our higher (more idealized) s'elves. What that means for each of us individually may vary but surely it includes for all of us the aspects of being more intelligent, beautiful, successful and a realization of the essential nature of our immortal being.
